Leslie Victor Pantin, was born in Havana and came to the United States in1960.  He earned a bachelor’s degree at Florida State University in 1970.  After spending 17 years in the insurance sales, Leslie Pantín became president of Pantín / Beber Silverstein Public Relations in 2002; a strategic alliance between the Pantín Partnership, founded in 1988, and Beber Silverstein Group. He helped found the famous Calle Ocho Festival, by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, one of the most active civic clubs anywhere, which he was founding president.
