Union of 65 organizations of dissidents from Cuba and exile. Encouraged by the purpose of seeking ways to reconcile the work of pro-democracy forces with a commitment to restore sovereignty to Cuban citizens and all their fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, press, association, meeting, peaceful demonstration, profession and religion; the unconditional freedom of all political prisoners and the repeal of all laws that threaten fundamental freedoms; and the participation of the people in every decision of the nation, the legalization of all political parties and the free and multiparty elections. There have been two reunions in San Juan Puerto Rico.
