Fernando Milanes is a well-known psychiatrist in Florida. He was the head of psychiatry at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Miami, Florida. He has been practicing for over 45 years.
Milanes has rained many psychiatrists. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cuban Medical Association in Exile.
